- Shipment is within USA.
- Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
- Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavor to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
- Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
- Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
- Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
- If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also need to pay 10% restocking fee.
- Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days.
- Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
- We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received.
- Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item.
