Delivery

Please note we will normally dispatch your order within 1 working day upon receipt of cleared payment the delivery time is estimated (noted at the top of the listing) and will depend on the postal service selected (Mon - Fri). Delivery times may vary, especially during holiday and peak periods, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% it will be delivered on the estimated arrival dates specified as in some small cases delays may happen in transit meaning your order may be delivered after the estimated dates. Unfortunately once the order has left us we have no control on the delivery time and cannot be held liable for normal variability of the courier service.

Upon receiving your item you must sign off you accept the items condition. After signing the acceptance of the item, you have an additional 24 hours to report to Pro-Tec Garden Products any cosmetic or physical damages to your product which you may not have noticed on delivery. Outside of that period of 24 hours, Pro-Tec Garden Products cannot accept the claim and will not be liable for such damages, as we have found there are many accident's that occur whilst in the customers care.

Pro-Tec Garden Products does it's best to represent the colour of its products to the best of its ability, but the colours are only a rough estimation, the actual colours could look different because of ones computer screen can be different.

Pro-Tec Garden Products have an independent inspection of every product, and will not ship a product until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests in accordance with CE regulations. If anything is wrong with the item after it is delivered, everything is covered under the manufactures warranty, and Pro-Tec Garden Products will make its best effort to uphold the warranty through its parts warehouse and warranty service department.
