No returns or refunds allowed for games and products containing redeemable codes.
1.0.0 - If the product has suffered damages during transportation, the buyer is eligible for applying a compensation claim for the damages to the delivery company that handled the delivery in their country. They will then forward it to the delivery company, that the seller used for the transportation.
1.0.1 - In cases where the product has been damaged during the delivery, the seller will render his assistance for as long as the processing of the compensation claim takes and a conclusion has been stated to the customer. This is to maximize the chance of success in having the customer compensated for the damages.
1.0.2 - Prior to dispatching the order, seller will provide you with pictures of the product as proof of the state of the product before it was sent to the costumer. This is for mutual protection and acts as evidence if there is a need to create a compensation claim to the delivery company.
1.0.3 - The seller is not personally responsible to compensate for any damages incurred to the product during tranportation, as the responsibility for the compensation belongs to the delivery company responsible for the damages.
1.0.4 - The seller is personally responsible for adequate packaging of the product in order to minimize the risk of damaging the product during delivery. The minimum requirements for the packaging needs to adhere to the instructions/standards of the delivery company that the seller uses.
1.1.0 - It is customers responsibility to read the descriptions made by the seller and thus make sure that the game they are buying will work on their region. Erroneusly purchased product can't be compensated, due to the nature of moderns games (i.e. modern games have redeemable codes and collector's items loose their value once they are opened).
1.1.1 - It is the responsibility of the seller to make sure that the information on their page is accurate (i.e. seller needs to present information gathered from the official promomaterial for the game or it's alternative sales channels, like Steam Store, GoG.com etc.) and present information that does not mislead the customer.
1.1.2 - If the official information turns out to be erroneous or lacking, the customer is requested to turn to the developing/marketing company of the game on their official support channels (i.e. send a support request to the game company's support representatives) and inform the seller about the erroneus or lacking information.
1.1.3 - In cases where the official information has turned out to be erroneous or lacking, the seller is repsonsible in correcting the erroneus information and make the corrections to the listing information accordingly.
1.1.4 - Due to some games being several years old, some of the game codes may have expired, in which cases the gaming platform does not accept the codes. If this happens, please inform the seller and contact the game platform's store support and the developing/marketing company's support representative to request a working code. Please turn to seller if you need assistance in finding the appropriate support channel.
