The usual default shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, however you can choose to upgrade this service at checkout, where available. International buyers can choose either Airmail or Airsure. If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time and you may have not been at home to receive your parcel it is advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
