It is ideal to put on a grave or have as a keepsake memorial

The heart will be engraved in the style you see in the photo,

you just need to send us the name, dates & a good quality photo on a jpeg.  We will do the rest.

You can also purchase a plastic stand to go with the plaque just select that option from the drop-down list. 

The stand is optional if you do not choose the option then it will come without one.  The stand measures approx 8cm tall.
