Thermal binding covers are available in a range of colors, styles and sizes to accommodate anywhere from 1-475 sheets of paper for your thermal binding machine.  The size measures the amount of thickness allowed for binding paper material.

• V-Fold measure less than 1/16" and allows up to 10 sheets 
• 1/16" allows for 1-15 sheets 
• 1/8" allows for 15-30 sheets 
• 1/4" allows for 30-60 sheets 
• 3/8" allows for 60-90 sheets 
• 1/2" allows for 90-120 sheets 
• 5/8" allows for 120-150 sheets 
• 3/4" allows for 150-180 sheets 
• 1-1/4" allows for 240-300 sheets
