The Cygnett MagMount Plus Vent is a magnetic vent mounting system for your car which offers full 360 degree rotation and the ability to mount your phone in either a vertical or horizontal position with pivot action for the perfect viewing angle.

It also features a secure yet sleek vent grip feature along with a super strong magnetic hold meaning that your phone on even the bumpiest of roads is always held securely in place. With an ultra-compact form made from premium metal it takes up very little space in your car offering both versatility and a strong design focus.

What's Included

Comes with a large metal mounting plate along with medium and small adhesive mounting discs and a spare adhesive patch for the window and dash mount. The large metal mounting plate does not require any adhesive application, simple place between your phone and phone case and you are ready to go.

The 3M adhesive used is a very strong adhesive, Please be aware that placing this directly on your phone may be very difficult to remove, or it may leave a mark.

Compatibility

The Cygnett MagMount Plus Vent with its ultra-compact form and premium metal finish is suitable to work in conjunction with most current smartphones of varying sizes including the new Apple iPhone X/ iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8.

Please note: Cases must have a flat back surface and they must be thinner than 1.8mm/0.3 inch or the magnet will not form a strong hold.

Do not use a credit card carrying phone cases with the MagMount Plus range as the magnet may wipe your credit cards.

    We deliver to Australian addresses using Australia Post. Delivery prices are set according to the products category and it’s weight or size. We are unable to combine multiple shipments. An eBay delivery fee is charged per order.

    I can’t see a % discount that I applied in the checkout, why have I been charged the full amount?

    If you have purchased during a sale event then you would have received the % discount off your eBay order. To see the applied discount, check your recent PayPal transaction summary. When you are viewing the transaction summary in PayPal, the full amount is shown. Click the ‘details’ link to see the discount that has been applied. You will then see a full breakdown of the payment, including an amount shown as ‘Payment to Cygnett’. For example:

    I have ordered the wrong item; can I get my discount applied to another order?

    As this is an eBay promotion, unfortunately we do not see the discount applied to your order and cannot transfer the value to another order. You will need to cancel your original order and place a new one.

    In some events, we may experience high demand which exceeds supply, or the quantity of products is more than 3 units, Cygnett may elect to refund your order in part or in full.   • Warranty & Returns

    If you have received your order and would like to return it, you must return the item within 30 days after you have received it and the original packaging must be unopened or in sellable condition. You will be required to pay for the return postage.


    If you have an issue with the item, Cygnett will be more than happy to resolve your issue promptly. We provide refunds, replacements and repairs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You will be required to provide proof of purchase from Cygnett, for example the original tax invoice. In addition to this, we will also require details relating to the fault or issue with the product.


    Cygnett will need to be satisfied that the product is faulty, or that the cause of the fault and the problem with the products was not yours (the consumers) fault. Cygnett reserves the right to have all returns assessed within a reasonable time frame to determine whether the goods are defective or require troubleshooting to solve the issue.
