  • Basic count - This is the most basic mode of smart rope. When you jump rope while connected to the app, the count starts automatically at any time. The basic count shows the number of daily skipping, calories, time, and goal achievement rate.
  • Interval training - This mode alternates exercise and relaxation. Interval training can consume a lot of calories in a short period of time compared to the amount of exercise because your heart rate is maintained even during the rest period . You can choose the strength that suits you step by step and gradually increase it.
  • Leader board - You can check the daily / weekly / total number of exercise records among the world's smart rope users . Compete against SmartRope users around the world to maintain their ranking!
