Goods are delivered to ground floor entrances only, and a signature will be required.

We are unable to offer specified day/time slots, but will always send a message containing delivery details upon dispatch.

Please note, all items are dispatched quickly and efficiently - in the event of any delays please let us know and we will be happy to look into this. ​​​​​​​

We are happy to offer a 14 day 'Change of Mind' returns period. So, if for whatever reason, you decide the item is not right for you simply send us a message and let us know!

All items should be returned as they arrived with you - securely wrapped, with their original packaging when possible and must not have been used/assembled.

The return cost is the Buyers responsibility and we would always advise using a tracked service, for your own peace of mind. Once back with us items will be inspected and a full refund issued, usually within two working days.

If upon delivery/assembly an item is found to be damaged/faulty or something is missing please inform us asap, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Although it is impossible to guarantee issues will never arise, we will always be happy to resolve any issues as soon as we are notified.

For missing / faulty parts, replacements for these will be dispatched. When required, a full exchange of an item may be offered.

If we are unable to provide a replacement o exchange, within a reasonable time, then a full collection and refund may be offered.

Items sent by Royal Mail will be due within the next few working days from dispatch.

Can you arrange specific dates / times?

Unfortunately this is not a service we are able to currently offer. If there are delivery dates you would like to avoid or are inconvenient for you please let us know before dispatch and we will do our best to help.

Can you delay delivery until a later date?

We get asked this often - and the answer is yes! Whether you are moving home, or going away - if there is an item you dont want to miss out on but are unable to take delivery just yet then let us know. Once your item has been paid for it can be kept in our on-site holding area until you are ready for it to be dispatched.
