RETURN

   Please contact us about the RETURN  ADDRESS.

   If you need to return the item, do not return the item to the address which shown on the package.

   Otherwise, we can't receive it.

   Please also leave a note in the package and write your Buyer ID.

   Then we can resolve it soon once we get it.

   All items must be returned in the same condition as originally received. 

   It must be returned within 30 days after the item has been delivered to you. 

   Before issuing a full refund to you, we will inspect the item again to see if the item you returned matches 

   the original description or the serial number of the item recorded in file for the transaction.

   We will not provide warranty for anything with water damage or other signs of customer abuse.

   You are entitle to check and inspect to see if the item you received matches the information described above.

   All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received 

   within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. 

   No exceptions! A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.

   Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
