UK Shipping Information:
We are using RM 1st class (24h) for 50/100g and RM 2nd class (48h). If you want 250g to be posted with RM 1st class please choose that option at the checkout for extra £2.
In the highly unlike event that your item is either lost or damaged in post, then please don't hesitate to contact us (and we will be more than happy to help you resolve this issue). We do accept returns but only when product is returned unopened.
We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards and debit cards. Please message us for details if needed.
We offer FREE UK delivery on all items. Orders placed and paid will be shipped the same day (if ordered before 3 p.m. Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail 1st class service and Royal Mail 2nd class parcel size items (Royal Mail 1st class service available for additional fee)
It usually takes 1-3 working days for the order to arrive. Please allow extra time for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Northern Scotland.
Please allow extra time for delivery during the Christmas period. We don't offer international shipping at the moment.

DELAYED AND LOST PARCELS:
We normally give 10 working days until we call the parcel lost, as in many cases it has been held up and is delivered late. However, if your parcel does get lost in the post we offer a 100% guarantee that we will resend your order via RM 1st class service or a full refund.
If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable, then you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. Please return the unopened product, and we will issue a full refund. All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
