Since cushions are very generously filled, the cushion may appear somewhat smaller initially, until the filling settles. We recommend buying cushions one size up from the cushion covers Care Label.
We allow 3-5 working days before contacting us for non-receipt, as it takes 3-7 working days to deliver within UK (Except Holidays). All our goods are dispatched on a tracked services, If you do not receive your item in the normal period or if you want tracking number at any time please don’t feel hesitate to contact our customer support team, They will reply to all queries within 24 hours apparently. In the very unlikely if your order lost or damaged during the post or you received wrong item (need photo as reference) we are responsible and will offer either replacement order or full refund.
