Here is a neat carrying case from WWII, for housing "MODEL DZ-2 AIRCRAFT RADIO DIRECTION FINDER EQUIP. SPARES".  Battleship gray paint finish with black stenciled lettering on two sizes.  Well-made dovetailed wooden construction with heavy duty handles, hinges and hasp for lock on front.  8.5 x 12 x 14"
Condition is good, some wear to edges and surfaces, light flaking to paint.  Interior is good.
