when you open the package, due to the long transport, you see the feather or fur is not as furry and cozy as pictures, please don't worry, that is something normal.
You have several choices to help them go back to furry looking.
1. The fastest way: Use hairdryer to blow the feather slowly.
2. The easiest way: Softly shaking it outdoor, shake off the extra small fur, and bring it back hang it on a hanger and leave it there for 1-2 days, that's it, that is all you have to do.(Slightly lost hair is normal,please understand.)
3. The best way: hang it under sunshine for about an hour, not too long please! And the you would see the product become really furry and comfortable looking!
(Not recommended for cleaning, Dry-clean only)
