This is a new old stock hood latch assembly that is Ford brand and part number C9AZ-16700-B.  According to my Ford master parts book this fits the following 1969 Ford models; ltd 4 Door sedan (54C); Ltd 4 Door hardtop (57F); XL two door hardtop (63C); LTD 2 door hardtop with formal roof (65A); 4 door country squire 10 passenger (71A); 4 door country squire 6 passenger (71E) and XL convertible (76B).  Part is new old stock and has original Ford paper label attached.  This is in excellent unused condition as seen in the photo.
