Return:
  • We will accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item, or DOA.
  • Defective products can be changed during the warranty.
  • Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date, we will change another one for you or refund your money back.
  • If you buy the wrong products, please inform us as soon as possible. But if your order has been sent, then all the related costs (including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc. ) will be buyer's costs.

  • Each item will be attached a Non-removable Label before shipment. Returned item without such non-removable label or the label is found damaged, refund or replacement will not be issued.
