These are Adult Sized Bath Towels - Style of the towel may vary depending on Availability.  If you would like your towels to match each other, then please message me before ordering to check  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED:

Please ensure you add the following details to the note on Checkout or email me straight after your purchase is confirmed.

1.      Name (Optional - MAX 12 Characters including Spaces for longer names elegant font is recommended, the longer the name the smaller the text will be)

2.    The colour you would like your Name Sewn in (there is a Photo of colour choices in the listing)

3.      Your Choice of Towel Colour. (There are photos of these in the listing)

4.   The Type style for the name (There is a photo of these in the listing)

5.    Design Placement:  Whether you like the design sewn on the longest or shortest side of the item (Longest is better for a towel hook and the shortest is better for a towel rail or towel ring) PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not provide this information on checkout, I will sew the design on the short side of the towel – After it is sewn, it cannot be amended or refunded.

TOWEL COLOUR CHOICE: If you are not specific with the choice of towel colour - I will choose the below on your behalf, once sewn the item will be non-refundable or exchangeable.

·        If you choose Pink, I will use Dusty Pink, if you would like Fuchsia, please specify Fuchsia

·        If you choose Blue, I will use the lighter blue colour

PERSONALISATION: Please note I need all personalisation details straight after Checkout.   If I do not receive the details to fulfil your order in time for your dispatch date, I may have to cancel your order, rather than disappoint you by sending an item out incorrectly, but if you would prefer just the design, that is fine but please let me know either way.

By placing your order and not providing the colour choice for the name, you are accepting that I will choose a colour on your behalf and a refund or exchange will not be available or given.  It is vital that you provide all details on placing the order.

All orders are Photographed prior to being shipped.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:  Postage charges relate to mainland UK Deliveries only.

ALL ITEMS ARE SENT TRACKED. It takes up to 4 days to sew your item and up to 5 days after dispatch for delivery (typically it is much quicker than this).  Delivery could be with Royal Mail or another Courier, and will be 2nd Class or Economy, you can upgrade your delivery at an additional charge at the point of checkout if you wish.

Delivery delays are to be expected during busy periods and in the event of a pandemic situation.  In the event of a non-delivery or lost parcel (extremely rarely), I will be unable to replace or refund the item until a full investigation has been carried out by the delivery agent this can take up to 3 weeks from when the item was due to be delivered to you.  This is policy by the couriers I am afraid and I have to follow their guidance. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you live in a building with a Communal Area or an area with an access code for Entry such a secure Caravan site, please advise me on checkout so I can add the details for the delivery to your item. 

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:  If you are going to be out, please leave a note on your door with details of who can sign for/take your parcel.   If the delivery company leaves a card through your door, they will have taken your item back to the Sorting Office.   It is your responsibility to arrange for collection from the sorting office or redelivery of your item, If you do not collect or rearrange delivery then they will return the item to me. Reposting costs will be chargeable if this should happen, a refund will be non-applicable as the item will have been personalised.

FEES:  Please be aware that sellers incur fees even if you decide to cancel your purchase.  Please DO NOT PAY FOR OR PURCHASE AN ITEM unless you are going to follow through on the purchase.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: All Christmas orders need to be placed and all the details for your item provided to me by the 14th December.
