Vitra – stylish, intuitive heating

The Vitra Wifi Electric panel heater is a smart and energy efficient solution for your home’s heating. Using the latest technology including: WiFi connectivity, timer and electric thermostat the Vitra is an energy efficient electric radiator. This makes the heater fully compliant with Lot20 regulations.

With a glass flat front panel this heater has a super modern appearance. Also, being splash proof, its perfect for every room including: bathrooms, living spaces, offices and conservatories. Available in 500W, 1000W, 1500W & 2000W power outputs, the Vitra will cover almost every room size (See our size guide for estimated heating coverage). Choose from wall mounted or portable options, both wall and leg brackets are included with the Vitra.

With WiFi connectivity you can easily control the heater with your smart phone or tablet.


IQ App

In the past, no matter what type of heating you’ve had, its likely its been difficult to set up and programme. However, this this is not a problem with the Vitra due to its intuitive App.

The Vitra is compatible with the Smart life and SolAire App. Using either App, you can control the heater from anywhere in the world over the internet. The App makes tasks which were previously difficult, such as setting the weekly timer, much easier.

While normal heating systems waste energy as they heat the whole home. The Vitra lets you control each heater / room individually. So energy is only used to heat the rooms you need to, preventing you from wasting money by heating spaces you don’t need to.

As the WIFI connection is built into the heater, its will connect directly to your WiFi router. (Phone needed to initially pair the devices). There aren’t any additional parts which need to be purchased or wired in. This makes the installation easier, less time consuming and cheaper. Once connected with WiFi you’ll be able to control your heating with the App from anywhere in the world.


Smart Control

As the Vita is compatible with the Smart life App, the heater can be controlled alongside other smart life devices.

With the Smart life App, you can integrate the heater with your Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Providing feature’s such as voice control. You can simply say phrases such as “turn heating on” and “set heater to 20 degrees”. This allows you to control the heating without lifting a finger.


Offline Operation

The Vitra has a control panel where you can use the heater without WiFi, providing backup if the WiFi goes offline.

From the control panel, you can select boost mode for either 1 or 2 hours. When the boost is activated, the heater will enter comfort mode. while in boost mode, the heater’s thermostat can be set between 5 and 30 degrees. After the boost has ended, the heater will revert to Eco mode.

By default is in ECO mode is locked to 15 degrees. This means that the heater remains efficient without the WiFi connection, by preventing wasted energy caused by leaving the heater on. If you connect the heater to WiFI, you can override his setting.


Comfort and Efficiency

Fully ERP LOT 20 and SAP 10.1 compliant, the Vitra meets the latest energy efficiency requirements.

The heater’s electronic thermostat precisely records the room’s air temperature. Maintaining the set temperature and adding more heat when required, to ensure maximum comfort. Using Oil free heating technology, the heater has an X-fin heating element. Which uses natural convection to ensure a fast warm up time.

The simple bracket system and lightweight body make our electric panel heaters a handy alternative to central heating radiators. You’ll have the heater installed in no time.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery
 
Our couriers are APC and DHL.  We use APC for larger items such as towel rails, panel heaters, oil filled radiators & mirrors.  We use DHL for smaller items such as Accessories (Valves, Element, Small Fan Heaters).  The selection of courier may not be indicated on your order details so please make a note of this for when you need to track online.
 
Proof Of Delivery
 
Upon delivery,  the courier will place the parcel on the ground, step back 2 metres and request a name. They will take a photo of the parcel and log the GPS coordinates. Delivery will then be signed 'DEL' by the courier as proof of delivery. The online tracking details will update with this information.

Tracking
 
Your order will show a tracking number when we have processed the shipping. Our system will send automated emails and texts with the tracking information.  Please check the Spam folder in your email box to see if it is sent there. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you will not receive the texts.  Please keep a note of tracking information in case you have any issues.

To manually track your item please go to the APC or DHL website for an update. This is useful if you do not receive a tracking notification or cannot find it.
 
Safe Place
 
If you are not expecting to be at home when the parcel is going to be delivered, please message or email us with instructions to leave it in a safe place immediately after you order so we can add it to the shipping label. Please include your order number and indicate the website you bought the product from in the email.

Not at home when the parcel is delivered?

If you have not indicated a safe place, you will either receive a card from the courier or they will attempt to leave it with your neighbour. The card will be posted through your letter box with instructions to rearrange delivery with the courier.  Please contact the courier directly to organize this. If you have not received a card on the expected day of delivery, please check with your neighbours to see if they have received the parcel. Please contact us if you have tried this and need further help and we will work to resolve any delivery issues.
 
Multiple Consignment Orders

Some orders may need to be shipped in more than one consignment. Examples are: Thermostatic and Dual Fuel Towel Rails (the element is shipped separately). Portable Panel Heaters such as Adax Neo, Clea, SolAire Caldo (the leg brackets are shipped separately).  In some circumstances the second parcel can arrive at a different time, or even the following day.
 
Damages
 
When the courier delivers the item please check the package before you accept it.  If there is visible damage to the box and the product inside, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. You can then contact us by message, email or telephone to inform about the damage and we can either exchange the item or refund you.

If you accept the parcel but find that the contents are damaged when you open the box, please contact us by message, email or telephone to inform us and and attach photos of the damage. Please include your order number and website you bought the product from in the email.

We can offer to refund or exchange damaged items. Please keep the box of damaged items because the courier will need it to be packaged when they pick it up.  If you do not have the original box anymore you will need to find a suitable box to return the item.  An exchange may be done on the same day or on a separate day from when the replacement is delivered.
