Please keep in mind that most PW items are hand-finished in the factory, mass-produced, and may have tiny differences including blebs, pits, bumps, bubbles, crooked seams, loose threads, or tiny areas without color or glaze. We purchase directly from the retailer and do not cover, and are not responsible for, any factory flaws. None of our items will be shipped with chips or cracks, however, and all are brand-new and unused. We have MANY PW items and patterns available; please check the brand under new dishware in our store.  Many of the PW glass items are listed there, as well, or may be under another category such as collectibles or glassware. Feel free to ask if you are looking for something in particular. Again, we do NOT guarantee Pioneer Woman items, we simply offer them for sale. We will not replace or provide refunds for complaints regarding these items, and all purchases are absolutely final, with no returns.

• Ask any questions BEFORE purchasing, as I very strictly do NOT take returns due to scamming.
• Study ALL pictures before purchasing. Many listings have more items than what is shown in the initial picture. Unless it is a book or stated otherwise, these are the pictures of the actual items. If the book is old, antique, or has any valuable features I use pictures of the actual book; otherwise from eBay's catalog with the publishing information and synopsis. Most Pioneer Woman items are listed with stock pictures.
• Please do not send offers.  All policies in place are the result of one or more attempted scams.
• Most books are brand new or like-new first editions unless collector items; also many signed & sets. All items are shipped well-padded & protected. 
• If you are purchasing clothing or shoes, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that it fits before you buy it; if you need to ask for measurements please do. NO RETURNS. 
• Once you provide feedback I will do the same. If evaluating shipping time, that is an evaluation of WHEN I ship the item from my store, NOT when the USPS gets around to delivering it.  
• If there is ANY problem with an order; i.e., such as not receiving it, wrong item, damaged, etc., ANYTHING, send me a message BEFORE doing anything else!  I will be glad to fix any problem promptly IF I did something wrong.  
• I DO NOT COVER, NOR AM RESPONSIBLE FOR, THE FOLLOWING: 1) Not "liking" the item once you receive it.  Again, it is your responsibility to read the entire description and study all pictures.  I am very, very specific with my descriptions, as you will note in my feedback comments. 2) Clothing or shoes not fitting. ASK if needing specifics not given!! 3) Factory blebs and minor surface differences on mass-produced items. Many items I order and receive directly from the manufacturer, and obviously every single item is not going to be exactly like the next. If there is any actual DAMAGE or a FLAW other than that, I will state so in the description. 4) Subtle differences in color. Colors may vary somewhat per your device.  
• Please look at my feedback regarding prior item descriptions, packaging, shipping time, price, and quality; I take great care in my work; my customers notice this.
• I take extraordinary time and effort with packaging.  However, once in a great while USPS will damage something.  I provide all shipping of fragile items with insurance, and, should your item arrive damaged, I will leave it to the buyer to file a claim.  Online it takes literally 2 minutes.  I am forced to handle the issue in this manner due to fraud; if something is legitimately damaged in transit I do want to ensure that you are compensated for it, but I do not immediately provide a refund if a buyer claims an item is damaged.  Again, this is due to several experiences with attempted fraud, and, again, it does not happen often but of course could.  
• The store is not able to process order cancellation.  Once payment is made, you are agreeing to everything that is posted on the listing, so make certain everything has been read, understood, and is correct - no exceptions - all sales are final.  Thanks for looking and shopping with us!
