This is an Israeli Army, Idf Zahal Sticker. It has the official Israeli Army Navy Seals ('Shayetet 13') Commando logo symbol insignia and the wording in Hebrew: "SHAYETET 13 - THE NAVY COMMANDO" and in English: "ISRAELI NAVY SEALS".
The sticker measures 11.8x8.27 inches (30x21cms) and the logo itself is smaller as seen in the photo's.

I have seen shorter and much longer delivery times but that is the average.
