Electrical Components that do not use standard wall receptacles are not returnable once installed. Devices with a serial numbers will be recorded, any device without a serial number will be inconspicuously marked. All activity in the shipping and receiving area is recorded for future reference.

I do not answer questions on weekends. Sorry. It is just me here, and I have to have a break.

Any item sold after 11:00am on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. Please keep in mind the time zone differences when waiting on a reply.

In some cases I may not answer a question if the answer is already in the listing.

I will not change shipping addresses, they have to go to the eBay / Paypal Registered address. Please make sure your address is up to date.

Shipping: Your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Federal Holidays are observed).  Tracking information will be uploaded to eBay as soon as the item has been shipped. We only ship to PayPal verified addresses and we are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Local pickup will be available only when item is described as Local Pickup Available. We will use the most accelerated shipment method possible. In most cases, we ship Priority Mail.

Payments: PayPal is our accepted method of payment.   All major credit cards can be securely processed through PayPal. 

Privacy Policy: We do not sell or disclose any information obtained from your eBay purchase such as your name, mailing address, email address, etc.
