  • An RA# must be requested through eBay messaging for all returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item. Please do not call to receive an RA#. 
  • Any item received without an RA# will be rejected. 
  • Some manufacturers do not allow dealers to give refunds for defective items but instead require merchandise by sent directly to them for replacement. We recommend if you have a problem with an item purchased from Kinsey's Outdoors to contact the manufacturer's customer service department first as in some cases they can resolve the problem over the phone.
  • Items returned that are not defective must be in new unopened condition. Returns for non-defective items will be refunded the price paid minus a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item that you claim is defective and it is not,the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
