Delivery Protection

In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyers please send them back and we will send replacement once return received.

Delivery Time

VIC: 2-4 days - NSW/ SA/ ACT: 4-6 days - TAS / QLD: 5-7 days - NT/ WA: 7-12 days. Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Items will be delivered to your ebay registered address unless specified, please ensure it is correct.
