SHIPPING:

FEDEX, UPS, USPS (United States Postal Service) is our main carrier for shipping. When we receive notification about ordered parts they will be sent out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 (noon) western time. All orders will be sent out within 24 hours after being placed with the exceptions of SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS.

RETURN POLICY:

We have less than a 1% return rate for defective items. Most of our returns are from ordering the incorrect part that was needed. Because we have had so many problems with dishonest people returning their broken parts instead of the part they bought from us.

We now specially mark ALL of our parts to prevent fraudulent returns. This is to determine we are getting the same part that we sent out that is said to be faulty. To avoid conflict, please do not try to send us back YOUR broken part in place of the part we actually sent out. In these cases we do not hesitate to contact eBay about fraudulent buyers.

The exception to this rule is when we are at fault. In these cases we will take care of that conflict promptly. Feel free to contact us about any questions you have when ordering a part.
