For those buying in Australia, delivery on average will be 2-7 working days depending on your location.

For those buying outside of Australia, delivery will be longer. This can vary depending on Postal Customs in your country. Tracking will help follow the progress of your purchase to you.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a money back guarantee, provided the item is returned in its original unused condition, in its original protective packaging. Goods to be returned need to be shipped within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The postage paid to deliver the item to you will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to Diverse Opals will be paid by yourself. Any customs fees or expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Notice of your intent and approval will need to be sort by email before returning any goods.

1. Items are sent via Australia Post unless requested otherwise 
2. Suggested shipping times are in accordance with recommendations from Australia Post. However this may vary in accordance with importation laws or Postal Customs of receiving countries. There may be delays which are beyond our control.    
3. Lost parcels are unusual due to tracking and a rare occurrence. 
4. We are bound by the conditions of Australia Post and comply with customs regulations and documentation to accurately provide details and value as required.  
5. We are not responsible for duties and taxes which may apply in your country and are not included in the price or shipping fee. It is your responsibility to investigate if any of these apply to your purchase. 
6. Items will be posted to address provided by eBay at the time of sale.
