OstroVit ADEK is a complex of four essential vitamins for our body, the common feature of which is not only exogenity, which means that we are forced to provide these vitamins with food or using supplementation, but also that in comparison, e.g. to vitamin C, they dissolve they are fat. These vitamins are usually stored in our liver or adipocytes, i.e. adipose tissue. They show a number of irreplaceable functions in our body, acting both directly and indirectly on the proper functioning of our body.
- Vitamin A - is a group of chemical compounds whose structures are very similar. Retinol, retinaldehyde, retinoic acid, or provitamins like beta, alpha or gamma-carotene. Vitamin A improves the condition of our skin, eyesight and immune system.

How to USE: Adults - take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably after a meal. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use.
