All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. 

Printed and Custom balloons require longer dispatch times and can take up to 5 working days to be processed. 

All items are dispatched the next working day once your balloons have been printed and quality checked. 

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

Failed delivery attempts will be carded you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. 

Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any delivery costs. 

We deliver to: mainland UK, Highlands and Islands with DPD. 

Collection can be made from our Staplehurst warehouse with prior arrangement 

We can only deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order. 

Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid. 

Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you. 

Custom printed balloons are dispatched by DPD Next day. 

Airmail can take up to 6 days

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.

For an efficient and swift service contact us directly first or use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay (not PayPal) to request a refund.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging so that they may be sold again.

A refund will be processed less any delivery charges and restocking fees.

All return delivery costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product is faulty and you have contacted us prior to the return to advise the item is faulty. 

~ Personalised and Printed items are excluded from returns policy in line with Distant Selling Regulations 2014.
