This is for one 3 Bolt New Exhaust Pipe Lower Cast Flange Plate that Can be Slide on to pipe under a Flared Flange or Weld on to pipe then used with a Gasket, Id Hole Size is 1"3/4  x 1/4" thick & The Sizes between Bolt Hole Spacing are 2"3/8 and Bolt holes 3/8" approx. 

These are Cast Steel Metal Flange. Fits some Older Classic Cars & Daimler Conquest & Triumph etc,
