1. Please check whether there is original rear view system in your car. if there is, you need to order XTRONS ICE/ACS/FZMRM01 to retain your vehicles' original rear view function.
2. Please be advised if your vehicle has COMAND APS NTG 2 system or COMAND APS NTG 2.5 system, you need to order an extra optical decoder box from XTRONS to retain your car's original COMAND system. (XTRONS FOBB02 is compatible)
3. Please check your vehicle's plug port to confirm if your vehicle has the original D2B Optical Bus System COMAND 2.0 or COMAND 2.5, you need to get an extra Optical Fiber Decoder Box for decoding audio. (XTRONS AK/MB/FOBB06 is compatible.)

We ship the item(s) by DHL , Aramex or Hong Kong Post from our Hong Kong office.Your item(s) will normally be sent out within 1 business day and it takes 3-7 business days or 15-20 business days to arrive depending on the service you choose and the destination. Speaking from experience, about 10% of the parcel delivery might take longer than the officially estimated time due to the customs clearance and remote areas. If you do not receive the parcel within 15 days, please contact us and we will update you.
For the remote-area destination, DHL and UPS will charge you the remote area fee. So if you live in a remote area, we advise you to ship the item to a non-remote-area address.
