This is a fine example of an Antique Annamese Blue / White Stoneware Jar with a Cobalt Blue Underglaze decoration.  This item dates from the 15th Century to the the early 16th century from what is now the northern part of Vietnam.  Annamese aka Tongkinese ceramics were exported to a various parts of Southeast Asia during this period especially to populated areas of the large Indonesian archipelago.  Annamese Stoneware / Ceramics is a well-defined collecting category for Dealers / Museums located around the world.  My father purchased most of his Annamese ceramics when he was stationed in Jakarta as a member of the U.S diplomatic corps in the mid-1960's.
