• Iguana Sell offers FREE DELIVERY for orders over £90.

• Tracking information is always provided, so you can track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
  All our packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment in order to ensure product accuracy and perfect condition.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

• Iguana Sell provides Express Delivery with UPS Express, one of the fastest international shipping services.

Items are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days of your cleared payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery time depends on the final destination of shipment:

European Union

1 to 2 business days -- UPS

USA and Canada

2 to 3 business days -- UPS

Rest of the world

3 to 4 business days -- UPS

INSURANCE

• Our full refund policy (the Iguana Sell Refund Guarantee) is the best insurance we can offer you! However, in order to provide you with additional protection, all of our shipments are insured.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY – The Iguana Sell Guarantee

• We have an unconditional refund policy on all our items purchased, the Iguana Sell Guarantee. If item(s) are returned within 14 days upon reception, we will refund you the entire transaction amount, including shipping charges (if any).

To return us any item, please follow these easy steps:

1. Write us an e-mail, or call us to inform us about your will to return an item purchased. We will create an UPS shipping label for you, which you have to print. We will arrange with you the address and time you want UPS to pick up the item.
2. Please place the printed UPS shipping label on the shipping package.
3. An UPS representative will drop by the arranged address at the agreed time to collect the package.

Upon reception in our premises, we will refund you the entire transaction amount.
