This guarantee covers any issues not caused by improper use i.e. damage or normal wear i.e. flats, handle your stylus with care do not use any cleaning fluids they can cause serious damage, you should only use a stylus brush to clean it, to reduce stylus wear to a minimum keep your stylus and records clean, and do not use the wrong tracking weight.

Using a worn stylus will damage your records, you can return your cartridge/stylus at any time to have it checked for stylus wear under a microscope.

When flats are present on the stylus greater than 80% of its useful life the guarantee is void.

Removing or damaging the label on the underside of the cartridge will void the guarantee.

Posting goods in for repair

Here are the instructions on how to send goods in the shipping address to send them to will be messaged to you after sale of any repair service or the inspection service (address cannot be sent pre sale due to Ebay rules)

Please send your cartridge/stylus well packaged so it is not damaged in transit, as a general example in a matchbox filled with cotton wool so it won’t rattle about, wrapped in bubble wrap a few times, then put in a jiffy bag or small box,

(Do not put adhesive tape on the cartridge as it may damage the text when removed it can remove the letters on the side and the top)

I would recommend sending via a tracked or signed for service.

Include in the package, your address Inc. postcode & your email address, this is essential, there are many cartridges being sent in and without a note it will be hard or impossible to know who it’s from,

Please do not package the item in packaging you want to keep packaging is disposed of on receipt, when returned it will be packaged in a stylus box for safe transit and storage.
