This is a USA made new model 3-4 Regular Arbor Teton Classic Fly Reel Spool in it's original box, instruction sheet , and neoprene reel case.The spare spool is made to fit the 3-4 model Teton USA Fly Reel. The spool is Black with White logos. The spool comes LH retrieve but can be switched to RH easily as instructed in the reel manual. I will change retrieve if requested at time of purchase.
The spools are made from 6061 bar stock Aluminum and all components are stainless steel or anodized to be made salt water safe. The retrieve handle is made from epoxy impregnated Dymond Wood.
The design is the same as the original Teton and Tioga spools which were produced by the Teton Fly Reel Co. in CA and went out of business in 2008. Teton USA purchased the right to the design and name in 2009..
The 3-4 Teton USA Spool is the same size and will fit the older model 4 Teton. It is 2.75 inches in diameter and weighs 1.9 ounces . It will hold a 4 wt line and 75 yds. of 20 lb. backing.
Please Note!! This spool will not fit any other Teton Products such as Tioga ,Trinity, Specialists, Magnums etc.
