Raleigh Sports frame and fork

Unsure what year, any body know? has a serial number etched on top of seat tube: "17421 CH"

Unfortunately it appears somebody tightened a kick-stand bolt too much and crushed part of the chain-stay. See photos.

Has guide wheel on top tube near seat cluster- i believe for routing of a 3 speed cable?

also has pump pegs on down tube, partial head tube components, and a seat collar nut/bolt

Top tube approx 55cm / 21-5/8 inches

center of bottom bracket to top of seat collar is approx 54cm

Fork appears to have about 90mm spacing

Rear horizontal drop-outs have spacing of 110mm
