Up for sale is this choice Top Banner (Header) strip of four (4), Scott US #5404a, the State and County Fairs issue of 2019.   

Although the strip shows one continuous picture, each stamp highlights a different aspect of the fairs:  Farmers unloading fruits and vegetables;  a girl with livestock and farm animals; parents and children enjoying the midway;  and children buying candy apples.  In the background there are banner flags, a tractor, a Ferris wheel, balloons, a merry-go-round, and other fair sights. 

The stamps have Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA), are on their original paper backing, making them Mint, Original Gum, Never Hinged (OG/MNH).   

Condition:  Pristine.  This banner strip of 4 is Mint, Original Gum, Never Hinged (OG/MNH).  Centering is Extremely Fine (XF).  The colors are deep and rich, the impressions crisp and clear.  Post Office fresh, Sound in all respects.   Please see scans above.
