1. To ensure your package is delivered successfully and faster, please check your shipping address carefully before checkout, it can't be changed if the order is completed.

2. If you received the item with defective or faulty, we will responsible for it once we confirmed the problem. ( please take a video or picture to show us the problem clearly)

For small items, we can replace them for you directly once we received the picture or video of the defective.

For expensive items, we will send a replacement once we confirmed the problem and received the returned package.

3. If you used it for several months and found it is defective, you can return it to repair. For small items (below ten dollars), if you found it is not worth returning, you can buy another one at half price or get a half-price coupon.

4. If you just don't like the item, we accept return also, but we have to charge the postage that we sent the item. Please consider this carefully.

5. Address on the package is not the return address, please email us first to get the correct return address. If you return it directly without contacting us, it may be returned to you, we will not responsible for that.
