Our product range is broad and increasing daily. We currently offer a wide range of mobile phone, tablet and computer accessories including cases and covers, cables, adapters and screen protectors. Well also sell watches, automotive goods, travel accessories, sporting goods and apparel.

Payment

Thank you for your purchase. We require payment to be made within 7 days of the date of purchase.

We accept PayPal only. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay. However, you do not need a Paypal account as Paypal also process credit and debit cards. We are unable to accept cheques or bank transfers.

Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately and you will receive an email confirming your purchase from eBay. You will also receive an email confirming payment from Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders.

Express shipping is available for $9.95. A flat rate of $2.00 will apply for each additional item shipped via express post in the same order.

All items will be shipped the next business day following acceptance of the order.

Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date your payment is received to all Australian metropolitan areas. Estimated times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas.

Please note that during our sale/promotional events or in peak periods, delivery may take longer than the specified delivery times above.Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please note some items, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch.

When do I pay?

Unfortunately no. Items purchased on this store can only be delivered within Australia.

I am not happy with my purchase, what can I do?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days (inclusive) of purchase. 

We will process your refund (and credit your PayPal account) or allow an exchange provided that: 

(a)	you return the item within 30 days (inclusive) of purchase; 

(b)	you produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item; and

(c)	the item is in original saleable condition in an unopened and unused state, with original retail packaging (if any).

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, One Satellite reserves the right to refuse a refund on items.  

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Return postage costs will be at your expense.

As we are not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.

What happens if my item is lost, damaged, incorrect or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist in arranging a refund, repair or replacement. 

For items that arrive broken or damaged, you will need to provide us with a photograph of the defective item at the time of notification.  

What if I accidentally bought the wrong item?

If you accidentally purchase a product and would like to return or exchange it, you must return it to us in accordance with the procedure stated above. Return postage costs for incorrect items will be at your expense and you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item less the original shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval of your refund request. 

How will I be refunded?

You will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account.

What about my rights under the ACL?

The benefits given by this returns are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
