We are not responsible for wrong address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been cleared.
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter unless otherwise stated; for every payment received before 4pm Mon - Fri.
It usually takes RoyalMail 3-5 business days to deliver, if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.
Delivery Times: Please bear in mind that once we have dispatched your item, postal service delays may occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. We therefore do not guarantee exact delivery times, unless a guaranteed service is chosen.
Buyers Information : Please make sure that your full postal address are correct before making payment. Replacements for lost items can not be delivered to an alternate address. Refunds for lost items will not be paid if the address details supplied were incorrect.

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
