Rare chance to own one of the few remaining factory 2 ups from the legendary Sota Street Fighter Toy line.

This piece was acquired many years ago along with another factory 2 up and a paint sample.

When Sota produced these figures they were made twice the size of the production figures then scaled down for the final run.
Made with all the articulalation and detail of the smaller figures these 2 ups are incredible pieces that very rarely make it out of the factory. Made with inferior materials and moulds very few of these are known to exist.
Although all the articulation is there it's not recommended to pose or move these pieces as it could easily break or chip the paint. Some of the lager joints actually slot into place with metal pins in order to support the considerable weight. So should be considered more a statue than a true action figure.

Aquired from the factory by someone that worked at Sota at the time these figures were being produced.
This piece of toy history was put away for some years by it's new owner until I commissioned him to paint it up for my own personal collection.

The paint on this guy looks incredible, it really is a top notch job. Far superior to anything put out by the factory, but still in the same style.
The stand was custom made and has pins in the bottom which slot into the 2ups feet.

This is truely a spectacular piece. Quite possibly the only one in existence. Own a piece of Toy history.
