EXO Squad Jump Troops Set of 4. 1993 by Playmates Toys.
This is a full set of all 4 Jump Troops released.
They look to be complete with firing missiles, mines and water cannons. Each figure stands around 3 inches tall with all the armour pieces detached. Each figure features Gi Joe type/level of articulation.

Hard to find in this condition here in the UK.
