This is a silver maundy penny of George II.

Look on the obv. and you will see partial gilding remaining... not sure why its had this done to it. Has been in circulation as well.

Ideal if you want to make up your Maundy set or you are like this last collector and just into Pennies from every year.

It is about 12.7 mm dia at the widest point and it weighs approx 0.5 grams.

We all have a different idea of grade so I do not grade the coins I list. Look at the photographs to decide grade - condition for yourselves. The coin you see photographed is the one you will get. All my items are in the condition I get them in. NON are cleaned by me, I don't clean anything at all that I sell, everything is a/f = "as found".

All items I sell are A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage from being antique or vintage. Very rarely is something mint condition in this trade.
