Elijah Albert Cox (1876–1955) Painter, illustrator, muralist, poster designer born in London. E A Cox studied at Whitechapel People’s Palace Technical School, Bolt Court school, and later at the London College of Printing. He worked form a time as assistant to the artist Sir Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956). Cox exhibited widely including at the Royal Academy and Society of Graphic Artists. He was elected to the RBA in 1915 and the RI in 1921.

I have acquired a body of work by E A Cox, consisting of watercolours and drawings from the artist sketchbooks, many with inscriptions. The last image details the whole collection. This listing is for a single paper, as detailed below. I will always combine postage with multiple purchases.
