Sculpt, tone and strengthen your muscles with a set of Resistance Tubes from Core Balance. The set includes 5 resistance tubes, 2 sets of non-slip handles, 2 ankle straps, and a door anchor to work out in a huge variety of ways and target every muscle group.

Choose from 3 Resistance Sets

Our 100lb resistance set is ideal for lighter stretching and strength training whilst our 150lb set offers an extra level of resistance. We also stock a 200lb set to test your muscles to the max.

5 Levels of Resistance

Each set includes 5 resistance tubes which provide different levels of resistance. Each tube is colour-coded and labelled with the level of resistance in kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs).

Superior Elasticity

The resistance tubes are made from natural latex for superior strength and elasticity. Latex bands also stretch further than fabric bands for greater flexibility when you’re working out.

Extra-Large Carabiner Clips

The tubes are fitted with 6cm metal carabiner clips, rather than the 5cm clips favoured by many brands. Their large design allows the handles to move more freely during dynamic movements.

Snug Non-Slip Handles

Each set includes two pairs of non-slip handles which are fitted with metal D-ring buckles to easily attach to the carabiner clips. Each handle is foam-cushioned for a firm, comfortable grip.

5 Resistance Tubes

As well as using the tubes individually, you can clip multiple tubes to the handles to add extra resistance (eg. by clipping a 10lb and 25lb tube together, you can create 55lb of resistance).

4 Handles

Each set comes with two sets of handles, so you can work out with a partner without having to share. The extra pair also allows you to easily move from one resistance tube to another.

2 Ankle Straps

Attaching an ankle strap to the tube allows you to safely anchor it to your foot. By attaching a regular handle to the other end of the tube, you can perform bicep curls and other exercises.

Door Anchor

Each set also includes a door anchor to securely anchor one end of the tube to a door frame and perform a variety of exercises. Its foam design helps to protect your door from damage.

Portable Bag

A water-resistant bag is included to easily store and carry the resistance tube set. Lightweight and compact, it’s perfect for taking on your travels so you can work out wherever you go.

Instruction Booklet

Each set also includes an easy-read instruction booklet with guidance on how to safely use the resistance tubes. It also features step-by-step instructions for a variety of resistance exercises.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your order within the time frames outlined above, circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. This Is It Stores is not liable for any consequential loss as a result of orders being delivered late.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
