Items are shipped within 1-3 business day after receiving payment excluding weekends. The estimated times may differ during holiday seasons.

Any Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your Country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to any bidding or purchases.

Return requests must be opened within 7 Days after the receipt of the item. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or the wrong item was sent to you. We will refund or replace it at no charge. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please return the item in original packaging and condition as received.

We do not accept any returns on any brand new items that have been opened after purchase.

Please note that technical issues on the user's end are not valid reasons to return an item, and these cases will be charged restocking fees. If an item is returned and passes testing, it will not be accepted as defective.
