A Beautiful Piece Of American History!

This attractive Pendant is made using an Authentic Uncirculated 2012 U.S. Sacagawea Horse Dollar Mounted in a Sterling Silver coin edge Bezel with a soldered bail. The bail will take up to a 5mm chain. There is a screw across the top to hold the coin in securely.

For this unique coin pendant, we have featured the reverse (back) of a Genuine 2012 Sacagawea Dollar Coin with a Native American man and his horse in profile. Other horses are running in the background, representing the historical spread of the horse.

The Golden Dollar's obverse (front) portrays Sacagawea, a Shoshone Native American young woman.  On her back, she carries her infant son, Jean Baptiste, born on the Lewis & Clark Expedition.  Sacagawea's knowledge of several Indian languages and her familiarity with the topography of the territory was crucial to the success of the Expedition.
