The set includes a D-ring strap to assist you when you're stretching and a foam yoga block for support and stability. Foam Yoga Block 

The yoga blocks are made from high-density EVA foam. Compact and lightweight, they're perfect for popping in your bag and taking to yoga classes. Foam blocks are softer than cork blocks to reduce the strain on your joints and muscles. Coupled with their slip-resistant surface, bevelled edges provide superior grip for greater confidence when you're stretching. 

Benefit Of Using A Yoga Block 

By reducing the gap between your body and the floor, a yoga block helps to bring the floor to you and prevent you overstretching. You can also place a block between your thighs to improve your body alignment or place one beneath your head for cushioning. Using two blocks is useful if you're performing poses which require you to place both hands on the floor. 

D-Ring Yoga Strap 

Our yoga strap is made from durable cotton and has a webbed weave construction, similar to a seatbelt. It also features a metal D-ring which is far tougher than the plastic ones used on lesser models. The D-ring allows you to easily adjust the length of the strap and tighten it into a loop, depending on the pose you're doing.

Yoga straps are an absolute essential if you have trouble performing yoga stretches. Looping one end over part of your body and walking your hands down the other end allows you to slowly stretch even deeper into a yoga position. Using a strap also makes it easier to hold a pose and maintain the correct posture because it provides greater stability whilst stretching.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Returns

Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
