Vintage Heart Pattern Hat for Plush Bunny Rabbit Bear Stuffed Animal Accessory

I have a unique item here. Oh that reminds me of a childhood joke.  How do you catch a unique rabbit? (Unique up on it) How do you catch a tame rabbit? (Tame way, unique up on it)

Anyway, I don't know what this hat originally came with.  There are holes on the side, so I am thinking that it could be used with a plush stuffed animal.  Probably several different options.  To determine best fit I think you would have to look at the pictures with the ruler.  Taking a measurement across the hat is about 6". Has a great pattern on it with red hearts!! I guess you could even put this on a real pet, if they would allow that.
