All Orders are processed and packaged the following business day after the order is complete except for those auto parts ordered Friday - Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders are processed immediately on Monday. All Shipping costs are estimated by eBay and typically are a fair estimate of freight costs. Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact SAE Parts through eBay messages. Please include all the details of why you are returning with any photos to support your claim. Once approved by an SAE Parts representative, we will be happy to accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
We always guarantee - if you receive any defective part, not the part you ordered, or any damaged part due to shipping by SAE Parts will be refunded and/or replaced at no cost to you.
We understand mistakes happen when ordering on line - maybe you ordered the wrong part, or the wrong color, or you just changed your mind...No Problem! We do not ever charge restocking fees. However, the buyer is REQUIRED to PAY ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS even on listings with FREE SHIPPING. Any shipping costs incurred from your original order are non-refundable.
