-We take photos of the actual product before shipping it to you. This is to prevent any potential disagreements with the final buyer. If you attempt to return the product, it has to be in exactly the same condition as we shipped it to you, or be genuinely defective. If our team of technicians determines that the product was in fact in working condition, then your refund may be denied or you may be charged a re-stocking fee. When returning the item needs to be packed the same way as it was received.
