Vintage Planter's Mr. Peanut Advertising Salt & Pepper Shakers-Hard Plastic or Bakelite

A fantastic set of advertising Planter's Mr. Peanut salt & pepper shakers.  

 They measure approximately 4 1/4" tall.  They are in excellent condition with very little, if any wear.  A great piece of Americana.  I'm not sure if they are hard plastic or Bakelite.
